이용약관Terms of Service

1. 서비스

서비스는 회원이 고른 카테고리와 입력한 주제·태그·대본을 바탕으로 AI가 자료 조사, 대본, 장면, 음성, 자막, 검수를 거쳐 세로형 쇼츠 영상을 만들어 줍니다. 영상 한 편은 보통 10~15분 걸립니다. 운영자는 영상 제작에 쓰는 AI 모델과 처리 업체를 바꾸거나 개선할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정

• 만 13세 이상이고, 거주 국가에서 이 약관에 동의할 수 있는 나이여야 합니다. 미성년자는 부모 등 법정대리인이 동의하고 결제를 승인해야 합니다.
• 정확한 정보를 쓰고 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 계정에서 일어난 활동의 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.

3. 크레딧과 구독

• 영상을 만들 때 크레딧이 들며, 필요한 크레딧은 만들기 전에 보여 드립니다. 가격은 미국 달러(USD)이고 결제는 Stripe가 처리합니다.
• 월 구독은 해지할 때까지 매달 자동 결제되고 결제 주기마다 구독 크레딧이 지급됩니다. 구독 크레딧은 그 결제 주기가 끝나면 사라집니다.
• 충전 크레딧은 사라지지 않습니다.
• 요금제를 올리면 바로 적용되고 남은 기간만큼 차액이 결제되며, 추가 크레딧이 바로 지급됩니다. 요금제를 내리면 현재 결제 주기가 끝난 뒤 적용됩니다.
• 언제든 결제 관리 화면에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 현재 결제 주기가 끝날 때 적용되며 그때까지 구독 크레딧을 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 영상 제작이 실패하면 크레딧은 자동으로 돌려드립니다. 크레딧은 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없으며, 환불 정책에 따른 환불은 예외입니다.

4. AI 생성 결과물

• 결과물은 AI가 만들므로 사실과 다른 내용, 부정확한 표현, 의도하지 않은 이미지가 들어갈 수 있습니다. 게시하기 전에 꼭 확인해 주세요.
• 결과물을 어디에 어떻게 게시할지는 회원이 정하며, AI 생성 콘텐츠 표시 등 플랫폼 규칙을 지켜 적법하게 게시할 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
• 조회수, 구독자, 수익, 수익화 승인을 보장하지 않습니다.

5. 이용 규칙

다음과 같은 콘텐츠를 만들거나 퍼뜨리는 데 서비스를 쓰면 안 됩니다.

• 불법이거나 범죄를 돕는 내용
• 저작권, 상표권, 사생활, 초상·퍼블리시티권을 침해하는 내용
• 실존 인물의 명예를 훼손하거나 괴롭히거나 사칭하는 내용
• 아동·청소년을 성적으로 다루는 내용, 음란하거나 지나치게 폭력적이거나 혐오를 조장하는 내용
• 스팸, 사기, 기만적인 광고, 선거에 관한 허위 정보

계정 공유·판매, 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주거나 자동으로 긁어 가는 행위, 결제·크레딧 악용도 금지합니다.

6. 입력물과 결과물의 권리

• 입력한 주제·태그·대본의 권리는 회원에게 있으며, 회원은 그것을 입력할 권리가 있어야 합니다.
• 회원과 운영자 사이에서 결과물은 회원의 것이며, 상업적 이용을 포함해 적법한 모든 목적으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 다만 결과물을 만드는 데 쓰인 외부 AI 모델의 이용 조건을 따릅니다. AI 결과물은 저작권이 인정되지 않을 수 있고 다른 사람의 결과물과 비슷할 수 있습니다.
• 운영자가 제공하는 음악과 음성은 그 영상 안에서만 쓸 수 있으며, 따로 떼어 내 쓰거나 재판매할 수 없습니다.
• 운영자는 서비스 운영, 보안, 개선에 필요한 범위에서만 입력물과 결과물을 보관하고 이용합니다. 회원의 영상을 홍보에 쓰려면 먼저 물어봅니다.

7. 이용 종료

회원은 언제든 이용을 멈추고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 약관을 어긴 계정을 정지하거나 닫을 수 있으며, 가능하면 먼저 알립니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 알리고 쓰지 않은 크레딧을 환불합니다.

8. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한

• 법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스는 "있는 그대로", "제공 가능한 범위에서" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
• 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 간접·부수·결과적 손해, 이익이나 데이터 손실에 책임지지 않으며, 모든 청구에 대한 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 회원이 낸 금액을 한도로 합니다.
• 고의나 중대한 과실처럼 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 운영자의 사업 소재지 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이 약관은 회원이 거주하는 국가의 강행적인 소비자 보호 규정을 제한하지 않으며, 회원은 그 나라에서 이용할 수 있는 법원에 청구할 수 있습니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관을 바꾸면 새 약관과 시행일을 게시하고, 중요한 변경은 최소 14일 전에 이메일이나 서비스 화면으로 알립니다. 그 뒤에도 서비스를 이용하면 새 약관이 적용됩니다.

1. The Service

The Service uses AI to research, write, illustrate, narrate, caption and check short vertical videos based on the category, topic, tags or script you provide. A video usually takes 10–15 minutes. We may change, improve or replace the AI models and vendors we use to make videos.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these Terms in your country. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree and approve any purchase.
• Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• Making a video costs credits. The cost is shown before you start. Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel and grant plan credits each billing period. Plan credits expire at the end of that period.
• Top-up credits do not expire.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the period and receive the extra credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep your plan credits until then.
• If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except for refunds under the Refund Policy.

4. AI-generated content

• Outputs are generated by AI and may contain factual errors, inaccuracies or unexpected images. Review every output before you publish it.
• You decide where and how to publish outputs and are responsible for doing so lawfully, including following platform rules on labeling AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue or monetization approval.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or share content that:

• is illegal or helps someone break the law;
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• defames, harasses or impersonates a real person;
• is sexual content involving minors, or is sexually explicit, extremely violent or hateful;
• is spam, fraud, misleading advertising or election misinformation.

Also do not share or resell accounts, overload or scrape the Service, or abuse payments or credits.

6. Your content and outputs

• You keep your rights in what you submit (topics, tags, scripts) and must have the right to submit it.
• As between you and us, you own the outputs and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, subject to the terms of the third-party AI models used to make them. AI outputs may not be protected by copyright and may resemble outputs made for others.
• Music and voices we supply may be used only within your videos, not extracted or resold.
• We store and use your submissions and outputs only to run, secure and improve the Service. We will ask before featuring your videos in our marketing.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms; where reasonable we will tell you first. If we shut the Service down, we will give 30 days' notice and refund unused credits.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of business. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you may bring claims in the courts available to you there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days in advance. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
